I use the Poladay which does a great job and is very gentle so no discomfort. It's also pretty fast acting to give me the whiteness I want, and last but not least, I don't need to keep it on for too long so it's convenient too

I've used this product for a while. My teeth weren't badly stained so I use it every 6 weeks for 30 mins - does a great job!
